These terms govern your use of the Nassi application. By using it, you acknowledge your full agreement. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use.

The Service

Nassi provides Arabic speech-to-text conversion. While we aim for high accuracy, errors may occur, and reviewing the output remains your responsibility.

Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features require a paid, auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases, renewals, and restorations are managed by Apple through your account settings, and billing is handled via Apple and RevenueCat. There are no user accounts; your entitlement is tied to your Apple ID.

Acceptable Use

The application is for lawful purposes only. You must not abuse, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the service. You are responsible for the audio content you provide and for confirming that you have the rights to process it.

Intellectual Property

The app, its branding, and its designs belong to Nassi. The text transcribed from your audio remains your property.

Liability Limits

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Nassi disclaims responsibility for indirect or consequential damages.

Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically, with changes taking effect upon publication.
